Brian Zoubek

Owner and Founder of Zoubek Properties

Brian Zoubek is the Owner and founder of Zoubek Properties. Zoubek Properties, along with Trax Partners, is the developer of The Residences at Orange Loop. Mr. Zoubek is responsible for the strategic direction of the firm, overseeing new acquisitions, construction, and management of existing portfolio properties. Before beginning his investment career, Mr. Zoubek worked at Cushman & Wakefield under the Chairman of Global Brokerage, Bruce Mosler. Mr. Zoubek holds a Master’s in Real Estate Finance and Investment from NYU Schack Institute of Real Estate. . He has been investing in real estate since 2011 and currently maintains a portfolio of multi–family and mixed-use buildings in Fishtown, Center City, and South Philadelphia and Ocean City and Atlantic City in New Jersey. Brian is a graduate of Duke University where he was starting center for the 2010 Men’s Basketball National Championship team.
